Song Ha Yoon revealed the secret behind the "Marry My Husband" finale, which included getting tons of messages after the broadcast.

In an interview, the 37-year-old beauty shared her thoughts about the drama's ending.

Taking on the villain role as Jung Soo Min, Song Ha Yoon received tons of praise for her portrayal of Kang Ji Won's (Park Min Young) manipulative best friend, who betrayed her and had an affair with her husband, Park Min Hwan (Lee Yi Kyung).

Viewers were delighted to see her chemistry with Park Min Young and how she played the part of the antagonist.

During the interview, Song Ha Yoon expressed how "glad" she is for "Marry My Husband."

One thing that she pointed out was the bond between her co-stars and the staff.

"The atmosphere on set was great, and the actors and staff got along very well. I felt fortunate that it ended without any problems."

As the TVN drama concluded the season with 16 episodes, "Marry My Husband" hit an all-time high of a 12 percent average nationwide rating.

This is the drama's personal best since it aired on January 1.

Apart from that, the webtoon-based revenge drama retained the top spot for six weeks in Most Buzzworthy Drama.

With this, Song Ha Yoon revealed a surprising story she experienced during the finale.

"When I woke up, I was flooded with contacts from acquaintances."

According to her, she could feel how viewers were invested in the story, especially with her character.

Moreover, she is also happy to read comments, not just from her friends but also from viewers who loved the series.

"People around me are happy, and I'm so thankful for that. I'm really grateful, and I feel like I have to work harder," she said, expressing her gratitude.

What's Next for Song Ha Yoon?

"Marry My Husband" is her K-drama comeback after "Oh! Youngsim" in 2013, Jung Soo Min is set for a back-to-back series.

She is selected to join another webtoon-based series titled "History of Losers."

The rom-com K-drama also stars Jo Byung Gyu, Ryeoun, and Jung Ji Woo and is helmed by Kim Sung Hoon in the blockbuster movies "Confidential Assignment 1," "Rampant," and the upcoming K-drama "Chief Detective 1958.'

Adding to the list of Song Ha Yoon's upcoming K-drama is the romance series "Oh Man Sang and Prejudice" with Ji Hyun Woo.

Other than "Marry My Husband," viewers might have recognized her from the role of Baek Seol Hee in "Fight for My Way" with Park Seo Joon and Kang Ji Won.
