Lee Jae Wook's agency, C-JeS Studios, released a statement announcing that they are taking legal steps to protect the actor from scandalous posts about him.
The talent label has "earnestly requested for warm respect" towards the actor after updating fans and the public regarding his personal life.
However, C-JeS Studios says that there have been offensive posts circulating online "with malicious intentions, including those with false information and slander against the actor."
"These severely violate personality rights, and we are informing you that we will take strong civil and criminal action through a legal representative."
Following this, C-JeS Studios says they "are constantly monitoring online [posts]" and also asked fans to "send malicious cases to cjesstudios.legal@gmail.com" if they encounter any, assuring them that this will also be considered "when taking legal action."
