Lee Joon is back with a radical change in "The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection."

As SBS continues to tease viewers with updates from the upcoming sequel, the broadcast network drops still cuts featuring one of the main characters, Min Do Hyuk.

'The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection' Features Lee Joon's Bold Comeback

Played by Lee Joon, Min Do Hyuk used to be a gangster, but the latter part of the first season revealed his true identity.

In the latest still cuts released by SBS, "The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection" showcased Min Do Hyuk's strong comeback, hinting at a counterattack against Matthew Lee, played by Uhm Ki Joon.

Giving off a powerful presence, he becomes the new condemner in season 2.

In addition, the return of the seven will shake up the alliance between the "great evil" Matthew Lee and Min Do Hyuk's plan of revenge.

Will he be able to reveal Matthew Lee's true identity?

Who is Min Do Hyuk in 'The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection'

One of the significant characters in "'The Escape of the Seven," Min Do Hyuk, is making a comeback with other characters played by Hwang Jung Eum, Lee Yoo Bi, Yoon Jong Hoon, Shin Eun Kyung, and more.

The story depicted him as a man who had no hopes or dreams but had intense love for his family.

Unfortunately, he found out that K, who also happened to be Matthew Lee, targetted his family, causing their tragic deaths. Because of this, he vowed revenge.

In the latter part of "The Escape of the Seven" Season 1, Min Do Hyuk's true identity was revealed, as why K truly hated him. He happened to be the biological son of Sung Chan Group Chairman Shim Yong, the adoptive father of K.

The chairman thought that K, or Sim Jun Seok, was his real son, but it turned out that his aide switched him and Min Do Hyuk at the hospital.

Sim Jun Seok acted fast and knew that he had to eliminate Min Do Hyuk before his father knew about the story.

Viewers might get to see intense confrontation and scenes between Lee Joon and Uhm Ki Joon's characters in "The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection," especially now that he is labeled as the "new condemner" of the show.
