WJSN Bona Dishes On Acting In 'Pyramid Game'
WJSN Bona shared her honest feelings for the recently concluded TVING series "Pyramid Game."
For five weeks, the idol-actress showcased her improved acting in the show that depicts students participating in a game that chooses who their next bullying target will be.
In the interview, Bona expressed her gratitude to the viewers who tuned in to the work from beginning until the end. She described the drama as a "challenging blessing" in her career.
Bona shared an anecdote during filming. She said, "It was awkward for me to curse, especially as I was playing a student. I really focused on my diction that reflects my role's personality."
The idol-actress added that she wanted to make it as realistic as possible, and even gave emphasis to her character's strong accent as Sung Su Ji grew up in Gyeongsang Province.

In addition, Bona shared that she loves survival scenes, which is also the reason why she was drawn towards the work. She added, "I love watching Sung Su Ji's emotions as she overcomes fear, pain and finally achieves triumph."
WJSN Bona Shares Affection For 'Pyramid Game' Co-Stars
In the all-female ensemble, Bona, who was born in 1995, acted as the eldest sister to Ryu Da In, Jang Da Ah, Kang Na Eon and more who were all younger than her.
Bona confessed that she was burdened to act as a "senior actress" among her younger peers. She said, "I was so nervous on the first day but everyone was great. We look like we're all going to school."
She also praised Kang Na Eon and Jang Da Ah who boasted their intense performances as actresses at such a young age. Bona said, "They really embodied their characters with ease."
Bona also admitted that she cried with Kim Se Hee after every monitoring. According to her, they were both touched because of the cast's impressive chemistry and teamwork.
