Park Min Young delighted the audience during her visit to the Philippines for her fan meet in Manila.

As part of her highly anticipated 2024 Asia meet-and-greet, dubbed "My Brand New Day' in Manila," the South Korean star swooned her Filipino fans with her charm and beauty during the event on May 12 at the SM North EDSA Skydome.

"The Marry My Husband" star entertained the crowd with her versatility, showcasing her talent in singing and dancing.

Fans also enjoyed Park Min Young's interaction with them through games and the question-and-answer portion.

Speaking of the Q&A part, she talked about the massive popularity of "Marry My Husband" and hinted at her upcoming projects.

In the segment "Min Young's Day," the South Korean star was asked about her latest K-drama, "Marry My Husband," which received huge responses not just locally but also globally.

"This drama has a lot of elements of Korea; that is why this drama has a very unique color about the Korean culture," she said, as obtained by a media outlet.

According to her, she is thrilled to receive positive feedback from viewers, especially with her portrayal of Kang Ji Won.

"As an actress, the compliments about my acting are one of the best compliments," she said.

In a separate segment, Park Min Young continued to mention the revenge drama and revealed that the first few scenes were "one of the hardest for the shoot."

To recall, her character has stomach cancer and is terminally ill. To portray the role, the top star lost 37 kg.

"Of course, I needed to show the character. For this role, I had no choice but to lose weight."

Other than her portrayal, viewers were also drawn to the cast lineup and their on-screen chemistry.

Joining Park Min Young are Na In Woo, Lee Yi Kyung, and Song Ha Yoon. Adding to the list of "Marry My Husband" cast members are Lee Gi Kwang as well as Gong Min Jung and Choi Gyu Ri, who played Ji Won's newly found friends.

Park Min Young Hints at Upcoming Project

While most of the fans wished that there would be "Marry My Husband" season 2, Park Min Young teased the crowd with an update on a forthcoming project.

According to her, she is in talks to star in a new project, but this time it will not be a romantic comedy.

"But after that, I will think about it," she said, referring to whether she'll return with a new rom-com K-drama in the future.

Other than "Marry My Husband," Park Min Young is best known for her roles in "City Hunter," "Healer," "Her Private Life," and, of course, "What's Wrong With Secretary Kim."
