Park Seo Joon Dubbed by Netizens as Red Flag: ‘Lauren Tsai, Run’

Park Seo Joon is getting criticized by netizens after rumors sparked that he is dating Chinese-American Lauren Tsai. 

The "Itaewon Class" star made headlines after Taiwanese media outlets reported that the duo was spotted in Japan. 

What added fuel to the fire were the social media photos posted by the South Korean star and Tsai from the same location.

Following Park Seo Joon's dating rumors, his agency, Awesome ENT, released a brief statement, addressing the actor's issue. 

As obtained by a media outlet, the agency couldn't confirm the alleged romance since it involves the actor's personal life.

"We understand that various artists and fashion industry figures were invited to this event," the agency said. "We ask for your understanding that it is difficult to confirm details regarding his personal life beyond his official schedule."

In addition to this, there were also reports saying that Park Seo Joon has officially introduced Lauren Tsai to his close friends, including fellow Wooga Squad member Choi Woo Shik.

Eagle eyed fans noticed that the Chinese-American visual artist and actress is following the "Parasite" star on Instagram and vice versa. 

Meanwhile, a series of snaps taken at Park Seo Joon's private party are going viral as they feature the duo sitting next to each other. 

Although fans are gushing over their chemistry, some seem bothered by Park Seo Joon's new relationship. 

Park Seo Joon a 'Walking Red Flag' According to Netizens

In a TikTok video titled "BREAKING! Happy New KBIZ Couple! '' the post showcased photos of Park Seo Joon and Lauren Tsai at his party, claiming that the actor officially introduced her as his girlfriend. 

In the comment section, netizens expressed their mixed reactions regarding the new couple alert. 

While some mentioned that they are a good match, others labeled Park Seo Joon as a "walking red flag."

It was after netizens brought up the actor's past interview back in 2014, where he left a notable remark regarding being a husband and his ideal girl. 

At the time, Park Seo Joon mentioned that he wanted his future wife to leave her job to take care of the family. 

Explaining the reason behind it, he said that the children's formative years are very crucial to how they will grow up and that they should be raised by their mother. 

"I heard that one's childhood forever shapes the person's perspective on life. It seems unloved childhood leads to problematic adult life. Either he won't have good social skills, or he could end up being a felon to be extreme. I will be their good father figure, but the children need their mom. It could be wrong, but to me, this is an answer now." 

Unfortunately, the actor received a wave of criticism from the public, noting his misogynistic comment about women.
