Lee Jae Wook Stays Loyal To His Manager + Signs Exclusive Contract With Log Studio

Lee Jae Wook surprised the public after making headlines by announcing the end of partnership with C-Jes Entertainment.

On June 3, media reported that the actor has joined hands with a new label, Log Studio, established by his manager.

On the same day, the agency released a statement confirming their official collaboration with Lee Jae Wook.

Log Studio stated, "We signed an exclusive contract with actor Lee Jae Wook. We will not spare any efforts in order for him, who has received love from the public with his profound acting skills, can showcase his skills in various genres."

Interestingly, Log Studio is said to be founded by the actor's manager who has been with him for a long time. Despite receiving multiple offers from other labels, Lee Jae Wook's loyalty is to his manager.

What's Next for Lee Jae Wook?

After parting ways with C-Jes, most of the actor's fans are already looking forward to his next career step. They have been worried about Lee Jae Wook's image after his dating issue with aespa Karina was exposed.

Now that he is signed with a new label, fans are excited to see what's in store for the "Alchemy of Souls" star.

To begin with, Lee Jae Wook is about to make his small-screen comeback sometime this 2024. He will headline the historical romance series, "Hong Rang" (working title), where he is expected to work with Jo Bo Ah, Kim Jae Wook, and Jung Ga Ram.

"Hong Rang" is a mystery romance series based on a novel that follows the story of Hong Rang, the son of a large merchant in Joseon, who went missing at the age of eight years old returning at the age of 20, and Jae Yi, the half-sister of Hong Rang, searching for him.

Lee Jae Wook plays the role of Hong Rang, Shim Yeol Guk's son born through his wife Min Yeon Eui. He returns to his family with a secret after going missing for 12 years.

The drama will be helmed by Kim Hong Seon, the creative mind behind the series "The Voice," "Money Heist: Korea-Joint Economic Area," and "The Guest."

"Hong Rang" is expected to be released on Netflix.
