Actor and EXO leader Suho expressed his interest in venturing into diverse roles for his future screen projects.

Widely known for being the smart and charismatic leader of EXO, Suho doesn't limit himself to being on stage, serenading the crowd with his angelic voice and grooving with his group's solid dance moves. He's also an impressive drama, film, and theater actor!
From being a dashing CEO, and a convenience store employee, to becoming a crown prince, Suho is expanding his acting prowess as he wears different hats every time he returns to the screen to small and silver screen.
Following his previous hit projects, the idol-actor is still open to accepting different roles where he can showcase and hone his acting.
Suho Solidifies Actor Image With 'Missing Crown Prince'
This 2024, Suho met the viewers again with his drama "Missing Crown Prince." It was his next work following Netflix's fantasy series "Behind Your Touch."
Suho transformed into an ambitious prince named Lee Geon, who wants to leave the palace to live a normal and happy life. Despite the big responsibilities he carries as a royal, he's not content and happy being on the throne. He secretly sneaks out every time he has a chance and wanders around the village, meeting ordinary people and trying out new things.
Unfortunately, his family faces a crisis as enemies want to take over the palace.
Due to this, Lee Geon is put to the test and a series of challenging journeys.
Amid the difficulties, he meets the love of his life, and they join forces to punish the enemies.
Following the "Missing Crown Prince" finale, Suho garnered praises for bringing Lee Geon's character to life, and exhibiting the ideal vibe of a crown prince. Even his seniors praised him for his latest work!
EXO Suho Expresses Interest in Portraying Villain Roles
Following the success of the historical-romance series, Suho sat for an interview where he gave a hint of the roles he wants to do next.
As he adds more compelling works to his acting portfolio and a person who likes to explore new things, the idol-actor is considering portraying more challenging characters. He said that if another historical drama is offered to him, he might do it but with an antagonist role.
"If there's another historical drama, I think I'll do it as long as it is not the role of a crown prince. He may be a villain or a crown prince with a different personality."
He added:
"I want to show a new side of myself and enjoy the joy of discovering new things, so I think it would be fun to consider and challenge myself playing roles like a thief, an assassin, and a warrior."
