Jun Ji Hyun's Support for Rookie Ahn Jae Hyun Touches Hearts — Here's Why
In a recent episode of comedian Kim Jun-hyun's YouTube show, actor Ahn Jae Hyeon opened up about a touching memory from his early days in the entertainment industry, specifically recalling a heartwarming gesture from actress Jun Ji Hyun during the filming of 'My Love from the Star'.
During the conversation on the show, which also featured entertainer Hong Seok-chun and singer/actor Seo In Guk, Ahn Jae Hyeon reminisced about his time on the set of the popular drama series.
He recounted how Jun Ji Hyun came to his defense after he struggled with his scenes as a rookie actor.
"While I was shooting 'My Love from the Star', we had to have multiple takes to get my scenes right because I was making too many mistakes."

The actor further expressed his admiration for Hong Seok-chun, drawing parallels between the two supportive figures in his career.

"And Hong Seok-chun is another person in my life like Jun Ji Hyun. I think it was not long after Ahn Jae Hyeon had debuted when we first met. We both worked on a film called 'Fashion King' (2014), based on a popular webcomic.

Hong Seok-chun, also present on the show, reflected on his longstanding friendship with Ahn Jae Hyeon, dating back to their collaboration on the film 'Fashion King' in 2014.
Recounting their initial meeting, Hong Seok-chun humorously recalled his first impression of Ahn Jae Hyeon's appearance.
"When I first saw Ahn Jae Hyeon, I was stunned. He had such a pretty face that I thought, 'How can he be so pretty? If he had been born as a girl, he would have caused quite a stir across the nation.' I was taken aback by how pretty he was."
