Moon Ga Young has officially signed an exclusive contract with talent agency Peak J.

After leaving KeyEast and becoming free agency for a series of months, the actress is now under brand new talent management.

According to a report, Peak J's CEO, Shin Hyo Jung, has officially welcomed the "True Beauty" star into their company.

As announced by PEAK J CEO, Moon Ga Young is the first artist to join their agency.

"We will do our utmost as a professional and focused management company so that we can become the best of partners for one another."

Back in March 2024, various outlets confirmed that the "Find Me in Your Memory" star had parted ways with her longtime agency. This was after Moon Ga Young decided not to renew her contract with KeyEast after six years of being with them.

Meanwhile, a close associate of the actress told My Daily about Moon Ga Young's career plan in 2024 and shared that the actress wants to "shape up" to have a defining year for her.

In addition to this, the South Korean actress wants to highlight her ambitions to widen her reach as an actress.

As a result, she wants to be in an agency where she can work with her "diverse needs," which include her overseas shooting engagements, activities, and more.

Two months after Moon Ga Young officially leaves KyeEast, a media outlet cited that she is planning to join a newly-launched agency run by Shin Hyo Jung, who is considered a veteran in Korean entertainment.

However, at the time, Moon Ga Young was just positively considering the plan of signing an exclusive contract with the agency.

Moon Ga Young To Return With New K-drama in 2025

While Moon Ga Young is making waves in the fashion industry with her bold and striking looks, the South Korean actress will be returning with a new K-drama soon.

After starring in the 2022 melodrama "The Interest of Love" with Yoo Yeon Seok, Moon Ga Young will be headlining the webtoon-based series "Black Salt Dragon" alongside Choi Hyun Wook.

Although there is no official confirmation regarding the cast lineup, reports mentioned that the drama has already held its first script reading.

Interestingly, "Black Salt Dragon'' focuses on the journey of two individuals who fall in love after seeing each other for the first time in a game.

Set in the early 2000s, their romance showcases relatable real-life encounters.

Meanwhile, "Black Salt Dragon" is reportedly eyeing the highly-anticipated release sometime in 2025, making this Moon Ga Young's K-drama comeback.
