Renowned actor Jang Dong Gun has recently participated in the YouTube show "Sung Si-kyung's Let's Meet" and shared his touching experience.
The video was released on October 14 and featured Jang and his cooperation with director Heo Jin-ho on the movie "An Ordinary Family."
During the conversation, Jang mentioned having heard the song "The Man Who Went to Kindergarten" by Kim Kwang-seok. "It made an impression on me... I've never cried so sincerely while acting," he said.," he said. "When I heard it in the car, I felt something. These lyrics reminded me of my father," Jang reported.

Sung Si-kyung, who has known him for twenty years, said that Jang was the lovable and the best person he knew. The other day, after drinking much, he received a message from Jang: "Hey, are you okay, Si-kyung?"
Director Heo Jin-ho noted Jang's calm demeanor, questioning why he rarely shows anger. Jang replied that sometimes he was terribly angry if he felt something was unfair, such as during the filming of "Dangerous Liaisons," when he protested against changing his part.
During the discussion, Jang reflected on his career, mentioning that most of his previous roles involved characters like gangsters or soldiers. "It was my first time acting like someone who actually lives next door," he said about his role as a father in "An Ordinary Family." He expressed how this role allowed him to connect with the character on a personal level.
