According to Newsen, the Gold Medalist entertainment agency, led by Kim Soo Hyun, chartered a bus packed with 40 of the agency's employees to show up to Seol In Ah's triathlon, which was part of the season finale for the tvN program "Iron Girls."

It was held in Tongyeong, Gyeongnam on Nov 16.

Seol In Ah has also made remarkable strides with her work in 'Matchmaking,' which is said to have produced more than 2.5 billion won (around $1.8 million) in yearly sales for the agency.

She was the only competitor to get extensive agency support on triathlon day, with Kim Soo Hyun (and an entourage) making an eight-hour round trip to cheer her on.

Early that day, those witnessing the race reported that Seol In Ah showed signs of being moved to tears upon seeing Kim and others holding placards cheering for her.

She took a deep bow, thanking the people, saying she was surprised by the attendance.

Opinions from industry critics seem to differ on what he did. Many took it to show Seol In Ah's good nature and to show she has a good rapport with her co-stars.

According to an official, "In this day and age, one has to be wary of their juniors, so the fact that the whole agency came is a feat to be commended for Seol In Ah."

On the other hand, some saw a business angle behind the support. One entertainment producer remarked, "Seol In Ah is a valued commodity to Gold Medalist. The staff probably came to celebrate and encourage her success."

On the other hand, Kim Sae Ron, who appeared with the agency Gold Medalist, has been criticized since her drunk driving accident that damaged the agency's image.

Following her departure from the company, some have noted that her treatment within the industry differs significantly from that of Seol In-ah.

Seol In Ah, 27, debuted in 2017 with the popular JTBC drama Strong Woman Do Bong-soon and has quickly risen through the ranks.

She rose to further fame playing the lead character in KBS 1TV's Tomorrow is Sunny and has more than 10 million Instagram followers.

Even though it was a difficult race, she finished the triathlon in 3 hours, 14 minutes, and 30 seconds, proudly donning a medal after reaching the finish line.
