Park Seo Joon has not been acting for long but he's made a lot of progress for a rookie actor. He made his debut three years ago and this year he is already kissing singer and actress Uhm Jung Hwa, who is sometimes called the Madonna of Korea. The two are a mismatched couple in the tvN noona romance "A Witch's Love."

In the comedy Uhm Jung Hwa plays a 39-year-old single woman falling the 25-year-old man played by Park Seo Joon. It's supposed to be shocking that they are 14 years apart, but in reality the actors are 19 years apart in age. Still, he did not hesitate to take the part and praised his co-star's looks.

"Uhm Jung Hwa is so lovely that she has to change her name into Uhm Lovely," he said at a press conference before the drama. "I believe her lovely image will definitely stand out in the drama. We will become the loveliest and most cheerful 'Older Woman-Younger Man' couple in the world."

Because he can also sing well, Park Seo Joon contributed a warm ballad to the comedy's soundtrack.

The actor first attracted attention with a small role in "Dream High 2," where he was called on to sing and dance. His agency KeyEast said they received many calls for him after that because he was so multi-talented. After he role in the drama "I Summon You Gold," he sent on to win hearts with his performance as the Song Min Soo, Kim Ji Su's self-sacrificing younger brother in "One Warm Word."

Next he is considering trying something a little darker. He is considering a role in a film titled "Chronicles of Evil."

The film is a thriller about Chief Choi, a detective who becomes involved in a murder case on the eve of his long-awaited promotion. Son Hyun Joo, last seen in "Three Days," plays the detective. If he takes the role, Park Seo Joon will play a junior detective who admires his superior. It sounds as if the case could jeopardize the chief's promotion and potentially cause his junior to question his devotion.

The film will also star Ma Dong Suk, last seen in the film "Kundo: Age of Rampant" and the drama "Shut Up Flower Boy Band" and Daniel Choi, currently starring in "Big Man."

KeyEast confirmed that Park Seo Joon is considering the role. They told Sports Seoul that he received the offer but nothing has been finalized. Once casting is finalized the film will go into production at the end of the month.
