According to TMZ update, Justin Bieber pleas for DUI Case.

The news arresting Bieber in Miami Beach because of suspicious drag racing while intoxicated is still fresh in the minds of many netizens.

After the investigations, they found out that Bieber was not really drunk and not even involved in drag racing. But he was positive in marijuana.

In order to solve Justin Bieber Plea Deal DUI Case, the 20-year old pop star will be pleading guilty to reckless driving.

Additionally, the plea requires Bieber to pay a fine and attend anger management classes. The biggest sigh of relief for the teen pop star for his plea deal is that he will not be placed on probation.

Kahlil is said to be Bieber's friend, and accompanied Biebs on the night of the incident will also cop the same plea deal as Justin Bieber minus the anger management classes.

TMZ report also included that once Bieber and Khalil complete the requirements of the settlement, the reckless driving conviction will be wiped from their record.

Bieber's another issue is when he committed egg vandalism. According to L.A Times, this case is still pending.

The egging incident created by the pop star put him to a possible felony vandalism charge, which resulted $20,000 worth of damage to his Calabasas neighbor's house.

The Bieber's team is denying all issues, but the police claims and stands to the proof that Bieber was caught on surveillance video footage allegedly high-fiving his friends following the incident.

There are many reports of Justin Bieber involving into trouble including his Twitter post with a picture of him next to Yakusuni Shrine; his mugshot where he smiled; and, as reported on ABCNews.Go.Com, his controversial note when he wrote on the guest book in Anne Frank's house saying : "Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber."

Bieber moved out of the Calabasas home and now lives in Atlanta.
