MBLAQ's Lee Joon established himself as an actor after earning rave reviews for his portrayal of the psychopath Ryu Tae Oh in the tvN drama "Gap Dong."

On the conclusion of "Gap Dong," "I have mixed feelings about it. I'm excited that it's finished, but I became Ryu Tae Oh for a long time, so I became attached to him. Also, I've grown close to the cast and staff, so I will continue to remember the project for a very long time."

He added, "I'm grateful that my performance merited a positive feedback. I'm sincerely thankful that the viewers recognized my hard work."

But how did he pull of his character so well? He answered, "In the past months, I tried hard to identify myself as the character Ryu Tae Oh, not singer Lee Joon or actor Lee Joon. I also practiced my facial expressions a lot so I could show Tae Oh's feelings without speaking."

In addition, he said, "I was very happy when I read a comment that says, 'casting Lee Joon in the drama was a good move,' and it made me feel like I was doing my job well."

Despite being positively praised, he is determined to do better in future projects, "I still have a lot to learn, and I'm still lacking so I will practice more and work harder. I think it's better to improve on my weak points instead of being complacent.
