Yes, Luis Suarez may be in a ban right now but you cannot deny the fact that he is one of the best striker in the world- and here is proof:
A Youtube video compilation from a Youtuber named Peradze will surely leave your jaw dropping. He has the strength and power that can make a goal from across the field.
FIFA.com's profile of the 27- year- old Uruguayan player describes him as: "An opportunistic, predatory finisher with a competitive, not to say fiery streak", "recognised as one of the world's best strikers," and "a born leader."
The forward was highly recognized for his great performance for the Liverpool Football Club last season, before the World Cup, but he has now transferred to Barcelona in Spain after the release of his ban prior to the World Cup.
The said transfer is also one of the most expensive in history, as the Barca team paid £75 million in the signing. However, because of his ban, his presence and participation for most of the Premier League is still a doubt.
His ban was caused by a bite. During the World Cup's group match between his team, Uruguay, and Italy, Suarez sunk his teeth into Italian Giorgio Chiellini's shoulders. Fifa has decided to give him a four- month, nine- match ban because of the incident. He left the World Cup earlier than expected, and so did his team. They cannot do it without the striker.
In an interview in 2013, Suarez told a story:
"About a week ago I was walking in a shopping centre near Manchester and three or four guys asked me for a photo...While we were posing for it my wife said to me "Luis, get out of the photo". She noticed they were making biting gestures.
"My wife was on the brink of tears and the blokes ran off laughing. You get tired of stuff like that.
"As soon as I arrived in England I didn't like the press, they have never judged me on how I play football, they judged my attitude"
It was his third time to bite someone in an international match.
