Stephen Kay, director-producer of hit TV series, "Covert Affairs," has just married his famous gorgeous star, Piper Perabo, on Saturday. Stephen Kay and Perabo reportedly tied the knot in New York City and resumed their wedding celebration with a New Orleans band at their amazing reception.
The 37-year-old Perabo and Stephen Kay, who was also an actor on "General Hospital," has worked together in the top-rated CIA TV show since it started its premiere in July of 2010, and were engaged last September. A source informed PEOPLE, "They're very happy."
Shortly after they said their "I dos," Stephen Kay, being the gallant gentleman that he is, was spotted assisting his new wife down the steep stone steps of the building, as they made their way onto the street. Perabo's wedding ring was also on full display when they appeared outside the city's Merchant's House Museum.
Stephen Kay then took a selfie of the two of them together, with Perabo clutching an amazingly beautiful bouquet of white roses close to her chest.
"Covert Affairs" featuring Perabo and the directing and producing skills of Stephen Kay airs every Tuesday on the USA Network, and is now actually on its 5th season. Perabo's role, the beautiful detective Annie Walker, is featured in the famous drama, and has even brought her renewed success in Hollywood and even won her a Golden Globe nomination back in 2011.
Perabo, Stephen Kay's new wife, actually got her big break back in 2000 for the hit movie, "Coyote Ugly." She was featured in this film as a fresh-faced songwriter named Violet Stanford, who comes out of her shell and performs expertly while maintaining her job as a bartender in a women-run bar. Since this breakthrough, she has been selected numerous times for various projects, such as in "Cheaper by the Dozen" and "The Prestige."
