Was Chris Colfer at Naya Rivera's wedding? The Glee star admitted that he wasn't. He didn't even know it was happening!

Colfer recently told Access Hollywood that he, like all the other Glee fans, wasn't privy to his co-star's nuptial plans.

“No! I didn't know! But I was very happy for her," the 24-year-old actor told Billy Bush and guest host Jack Osbourne, “They are a cute couple. I think she's very happy."

Naya Rivera's wedding to Ryan Dorsey shocked fans all the world since the actress had just ended her engagement to Big Sean just three months prior. The couple exchanged vows in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in front of an intimate group of family and friends on July 19.

"Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for,” the newly-married couple told People about their wedding day.

Colfer, who plays Kurt Hummel in the high school musical drama, reportedly didn't greet Rivera right away thinking that the wedding news wasn't true, but he eventually told her, “Congratutions! That's great!”

He added, “I wasn't sure if I should congratulate because you never know what's real anymore."

Chris Colfer and another 'Glee' co-star, Lea Michele, had recently been victimized by a Twitter hacking incident. The hacker had posted on the actors' Twitter accounts that they were leaving the show, sending fans into an uproar. They later cleared the issue up by announcing that they will be staying with the Fox show on its last season.

When asked if he had met Michele's new boyfriend, Michael Paetz, Colfer admitted that he hadn't.

"I have not met him but I remember her talking about him," he said about the budding romance. “I'm very happy for her."
