"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump's Beverly Hills restaurant Villa Blanca has been hit with another sexual harassment suit.
Pastry chef Martha Diaz filed a lawsuit - obtained by TMZ - in which she claims her manager touched her vagina, called her a fat, ugly whore, showed her porn on his phone and left pornographic pictures in her locker, according to the publication Realitywives.
Although Diaz reportedly doesn't mention the RHOBH cast member by name, she claims that she complained to "upper management and ownership," according to the website.
The manager who allegedly sexually harassed Diaz is different from the one who was involved in the prior Villa Blanca lawsuit, which led to the restaurant giving $100,000 to former employee Karina Bustillo.
As news of the second sexual harassment lawsuit surfaces, it has been reported that Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd are planning to sell Villa Blanca, according to Radar Online.
The couple's restaurant went up for sale from real estate firm Hilton & Hyland on July 16. There is no asking price listed, although, according to the advertisement, the furniture and fixtures is included in the price.
In court documents obtained by the entertainment website, the RHOBH star reportedly admits that she is "not very good at" managing her restaurant empire, which includes SUR, Pump and Villa Blanca.
Despite the trouble that her business is currently going through, Lisa Vanderpump has an ally on the hit Bravo show now that soap opera star Lisa Rinna has joined the show.
"Both of them have been social acquaintances for years, but Vanderpump is truly going the extra mile to welcome Lisa R. to the show. It's going to be a very exciting season, and there have already been some fireworks! There will be tons of drama that will leave viewers wanting more," stated a source, according to All Things RH.
