It's been almost a year since Disney's animated movie, Frozen has been released, but fans can't seem to just "let it go." The story of Queen Elsa and her sister Anna has bagged the distinction of being the highest grossing full-length animated film of all time. Frozen won two Oscar awards for Best Animated Feature, and Best Original Song for "Let It Go." It also bagged Best Animated film awards from the Golden Globes, the BAFTA, and Critics' Choice Awards.

The movie is so well loved that it has come to have a life of its own there are plenty of parodies, song dubs, and remakes of its signature songs such as "Let It Go," "Do You Want To Build A Snowman," and "Love Is An Open Door."

With its staggering success, a sequel is not far behind. And today, exciting news has just come out about Frozen 2.

Random House has just confirmed that a book version based on Frozen will be hitting the shelves soon. Two titles are in the works -- Anna & Elsa # 1: All Hail the Queen, and what we can consider our Frozen 2 for now -- Anna & Elsa #2: Memory and Magic.

The targeted release date of these two books is January 6, 2015, and we are being promised more information and more details about our beloved Frozen characters. Frozen 2 will also allow us to know more about Anna and Elsa as they discover more about each other as sisters.

The publishing company also announced that three or four more books are in the works, to further whet our appetites for the full length feature for Frozen 2.

The books are going to be penned by Erica David, who also wrote spin-off of popular titles like How To Train Your Dragon, Legend of Korra, and Mr. Peabody & Sherman.

Aside from Frozen 2, the book version, there will be tons of Frozen products and paraphernalia in the works, along with sing-along storybooks. There will also be a Frozen stage show, and a Frozen ice show.
