Fans can't wait to see the "Mission Impossible 5" trailer, but we still need to wait for months since the cast and crew hasn't started filming yet. Currently, they are preparing for their first location shoot in London. Tom Cruise confirmed a few months ago that they will be filming in England's capital city.
The actor that plays Ethan Hunt told The Daily Telegraph, "I'm working on the next mission soon and we're shooting it here in London." The 50-year old actor will be joined by other cast members including Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg and Rebecca Fergusson.
The British comedian returns as Benji Dunn in "Mission: Impossible 5" and he spilled out more details about their location shoot in London during an interview with Cinema Blend. He told the website, "We're all ready to go on August 24, which is what I'm being told. Which is why I'm here doing a little press right now, and I'm available - because I might become unavailable very soon."
Pegg added, "As far as I know, we're all set to go. We've got location work first, and then the bulk of the filming will be in Leavesden Studios, north of London. It's a nice one for me, to be near home." With that being said, then most of the scenes that we'll see in "Mission Impossible 5" trailer will have a backdrop of London.
The film franchise was the second movie to be allowed filming inside the Houses of Parliament and the website thinks that it's a historic accomplishment. Pegg shared his thoughts about that and said: "I can't confirm that because I haven't been told. But we are shooting in London, so it would make sense, if they were looking to film in places like that, that it would be the case. I don't know for definite, but I do know that we are shooting on location in London, so that should be the case. Which would be great."
Apart from London, TelQuel magazine reported that Tom Cruise and the rest of the cast will arrive in Morocco around September to shoot some scenes. According to the magazine, the production teams of the hit saga are already in Morocco preparing the locations for this fifth episode, to be shot in Marrakesh, Rabat and Casablanca.
