"Teen Mom" cast member Kailyn Lowry reportedly got bullied for breastfeeding in public, said a report from Life & Style magazine.
The reality TV personality was at a promotional appearance for her new book, "Pride Over Pity". Her 10-month-old baby boy, Lincoln, got hungry during the book signing, so the "Teen Mom" cast member decided to breastfeed right there and then.
The young mom shared that there did not seem to be any problem with what she did while at the book signing. "The people that were there were like, 'Oh my God! Look at you. You're a pro!'" she narrated.
However, the "Teen Mom" cast member was surprised to received criticisms for it the next day. The bullies took to social media their opinion about Kailyn Lowry breastfeeding while at her book signing.
"They wrote, 'Oh my God, that's so disgusting. Why would you do that?'" she narrated to Life & Style magazine
"I got a lot of heat for it. But I'm feeding my kid. Who cares??" Kailyn Lowry exasperated.
The breastfeeding mom added that she thinks "It's crazy and unbelievable that anyone would be offended by breastfeeding."
Prior to the incident, Kailyn Lowry recently appeared at a reunion show for "Teen Mom". According to a report from Hollywood Gossip, other cast members reportedly clashed at the taping for their hit MTV reality show's TV special.
The fight was between "Teen Mom" 2 cast member Chelsea Houska, her baby daddy Adam Lind, and her father Randy. The latter reportedly does not get along with the father of her daughter's child.
"Teen Mom" cast members have also been posting hints on their social networking sites that the hit MTV reality series is filming a new season.
According to a report from Perez Hilton, social media accounts of "Teen Mom" cast members Catelynn Lowell, Tyler Baltierra, and Gary Shirley have included references of cameras following them around.
