During an episode of Jung Jae Hyung's YouTube channel, actress Park Bo Young opened up about experiencing burnout and how she deals with the stress of her hectic career.

In a candid, filmed kitchen conversation at a restaurant, Park talked frankly about the stress and consequences of her work and the few small ways she makes it manageable.

"My days off are the days I go to the hospital," Park said. "I get IV drips.
It's hard to say goodbye all the time suddenly.
I get burned out and feel empty."

Known for her roles in hit films and dramas, Park discussed the pressure of maintaining her schedule and how it has impacted her well-being.
She shared that she has developed personal strategies to combat stress, including reading and shopping.
"I have much vanity and try to relieve that by buying books," Park said, adding that she finds comfort in literature.

She also credited fellow actor Park Jung Min for supporting her and often recommending books.

"He helps me a lot and recommends many books to me," she said.

Jung Jae Hyung expressed concern over Park's packed schedule and asked if she was currently filming anything following her most recent project, The Unknown Seoul.
Park did not confirm any upcoming roles but indicated that her off-days are typically occupied with medical care.

During their discussion, Park also mentioned that she sometimes turns to retail therapy as a form of stress relief.
Jung responded lightheartedly, "Do you know why? It's because you spent money," prompting laughter from the two.
