Royal Baby News Update Name Confirmed: Two Heartbeats Hints Royal Twins, Margaret And Elizabeth Reportedly On The Way?

With news about Prince Williams and Kate Middleton's new baby girl coming soon, U.K. wants to know if she can be a princess someday, just like a fairy tale. Prince Charles is certainly ready for a change, and hopes the new addition to the Royal Family will be a girl.

In an announcement recently, Kate Middleton, Prince William's wife, Duchess of Cambridge was said to be pregnant with the royal couple's second child. Prince George might be happy too, now that he has a younger sister to play with.

"Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are very pleased to announce that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their second child," Clarence House said in a statement. "The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news," EOnline reported.

Charles too expressed his enthusiasm to be a grandfather again, calling the news 'splendid.' The eldest son to the 88-year old monarch, who is about to give up her position as Queen, echoed his delight calling the news 'splendid.'

The elder Prince told BBC News, "I'm looking forward to it-but I hope it will be a girl this time." Having been the father of two boys and a grandson, he added, ""It's wonderful to be a grandfather again."

With Prince Charles disinterested in the throne as his ailing 'mum' seeks to turn over the monarchy to a responsible heir. Charles expressed that he is open to the idea of Prince Williams and Kate Middleton becoming King and Queen because he does not have the faintest idea about being a King and he's not about to try at the age of 65.

Against the background at Windsor, the Prince William Kate Middleton new baby will be fourth in queue to the throne, smudging Prince Harry to the no. 5 position, say reports.

Tabloid reports from the Enquirer allude to Kate pregnant with twins and both girls at that. With a baby bump in 8 weeks, and a genetic history of having twins in their family history, royal watchers say that this might be one reason why Kate is experiencing serious morning sickness. The most assuring news that twins are on the way is the sound of two heartbeats on the ultrasound scan.

The good news is that Prince William and Kate Middleton have selected Margaret and Elizabeth as baby names, and it could be that both names could be used.
