Conor McGregor 'feels a weakness' coming from Jose Aldo's camp

UFC featherweight Conor McGregor is about to face Dustin Poirier in this coming Saturday at UFC 178.

The Irish fighter has a remarkable mix martial arts record. He has a total 17 fights with 15 wins and 2 losses. 13 of his wins came by knockout while one is by submission and the other one is by decision. McGregor is the former CWFC Featherweight Champion and Lightweight Champion, which made him the first professional Irish fighter to hold two world titles in two separate divisions.

But McGregor's mind is somewhere else as he is already thinking of who he wants to fight next. During a media round up at Las Vegas, McGregor was asked whether he wants to fight either featherweight champion Jose Aldo or Chad Mendes and if he is ready to fight them.

McGregor answered "100 percent. You're damn right I'd be ready. I stay ready. It's my logo."

He continued "I'm actually flying out to Brazil. Not only will I fly out, I'll jump into the Octagon if need be. Who knows? I might stick a few banana peels around the weigh-in area and hope someone falls."

When he was asked who will be winning between Aldo and him, his answer focused on the issues that Aldo's team, Nova União, has been facing.

He said "I'll honestly whoop both of them. here's a lot of factors in it. I like the mental side of combat sport. I like the mental side of anything, really. You can look at it many ways. We have the win over [Renan] Barao with T.J. Dillashaw. That changes a shift in things. Then you've got the fact that Barao missed weight and all so there's definitely problems in the camp."

"They've been complaining about money, etc. Then there's been injuries back and forth. I feel a weakness in the mind frame of these people."

"Then you've also got to look at the fact of the first contest. Chad was embarrassed in the first contest. Every single shot he took was stuffed and he got eaten alive on the feet and then he got knocked out in the first round. It's going to be an interesting one, but ultimately, I don't give a s**t. I'm going to whoop both of them."
