Ha Jung Woo Selected As The Most Beautiful Face By Journalists

Ha Jung Woo was selected #1 out of 50 'most beautiful (male) faces' by journalists. The survey was conducted by Movieweek magazine.

Since last year, journalists have been selecting charismatic actors from Korean movies and dramas. This time, the survey focused on 'presence' instead of aesthetics components comparing to the photographers' list.

Ha Jung Woo has previously filmed in the movies, 'The Client,' 'Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time' (2012) and 'Love Fiction,' and has boomed his golden age.

Ryu Seung Ryong from 'The Front Line,' 'War of the Arrows,' and 'All About My Wife'-placed second on the list.

Lee Je Hoon and Kim Soo Hyun tied for the 3rd and 4th positions. Both have recently gained fame in the entertainment industry and are relatively young. Lee has casted for the past year's movies: 'The Front Line,' 'Architecture 101,' and the drama 'Fashion King.' Kim was casted in the drama, 'The Moon Embracing the Sun.'

Other actors in the top 10 included Han Suk Gyu, Jo Jung Suk, Park Hae Il, Gong Yoo, Yoo Ah In, and Yoo Joon Sang.

Jo Jung Suk gained popularity through the new movie 'Architecture 101' and placed 6th; Yoo Ah In from 'Punch' placed 9th; Han Suk Gyu 5th; Choi Min Shik 11th; Ahn Sung Ki 12th; and Kim Yoon Suk 13th.

This survey involved the work of 72 journalists and columnists of movies. The selection was made amongst a pool of prominent actors that filmed in any Korean movie or drama from June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2012.
