Within six days of its release, Cha Tae Hyun's latest film 'The Grand Heist' gathered more than 1,500,000 viewers.
According to the standings of ticket sales calculated by the Korean Film Commission on the 14th, 216,463 people watched 'The Grand Heist,' bumping the total number of viewers to 1,559,952 people.
Although 'The Grand Heist' placed second in the box office following 'The Thieves,' the film has been attracting audiences continuously, recording over 1,500,000 viewers in only six days. In particular, 'The Grand Heist' premiered on the same day as 'I Am a King' and surpassed its number of viewers by more than three times, allowing 'The Grand Heist' to win the battle of second place easily.
