Actor Lee Min Ho was seen giving respecting Ryu Deok Hwan, as a way to 'respect to the king,' and made people laugh.

On the Incheon film set of 'Great Doctor' a picture of Lee Min Ho and Ryu Deok Hwan was taken. In the picture, they seem like they are standing next to each other, but in reality, Lee Min Ho is slightly bowing his head to Ryu Deok Hwan.
Based on that picture, Lee Min Ho stated that he was 'keeping his respect towards the king' and made the staff members laugh.

Currently, Lee Min Ho is acting as the loyal and fearless general, Choi Young, who wants to save Goryeo. Ryu Deok Hwan plays the role of king Gongmin. Lee Min Ho, therefore kept his respect to the king.

Meanwhile, during the episode of 'Great Doctor' that aired on the 10th, Choi Young(Lee Min Ho) took back Eun Soo(Kim Hee Sun) from Ki Cheol(Yoo Oh Sung). He made the governer of Ganghwa who took him into a corner, into a criminal. The governer was dismissed from office, and his posessions were taken.
