Fans of "Yuna's Street" may be happy to learn that the actors who played the couple in the jTBC comedy are dating in real life.
The agencies representing Kim Ok Bin and Lee Hee Joon told Newsen today that the dating rumors are true.
The stars were openly affectionate toward each other after the drama ended but fans began to suspect a more serious relationship when the two actors were photographed together vacationing in Prague.
According to Kim's agency, Will Entertainment, "Kim Ok Bin and Lee Hee Joon are dating." The agency also confirmed that the actors have dated since the drama ended on Nov. 11.
A representative from his agency, BH Entertainment, added some details.
"From what we know, the two have been dating for around one or two months," said the BH Entertainment representative. "Since they′ve worked hard for the past six years, we believe they are traveling in Europe to vacation."
And there is no argument that the hardworking actors deserve a vacation. Lee Hee Joon has worked consistently for the last year, appearing in both dramas and films. The 35-year-old actor's last film roles were in "Marriage Blue," which co-starred Kim Kang Woo, and the award-winning "Sea Fog," which co-starred Park Yoochun. His last drama role before "Yuna's Street" was "Queen of the Office." In 2012, he appeared in four small screen productions, including a drama special, "Wild Romance," "My Husband Got A Family" and "Jeon Woo Chi." That year he also appeared in three films, "Runway Cop," "Nameless Gangster" and "Helpless."
Besides appearing in "Yuna's Street" this year, Kim Ok Bin, 27, appeared in the film "Minority Opinion." She played Soo Gyung. Last year she was in two films, "Behind the Camera" and "AM 11:00," as well as playing Princess So Hee in the historical drama "The Blade and the Petal."
In 'Yuna's Street," Kim Ok Bin plays a pickpocket who learned her light-fingered skills from her father. Her character has a rap sheet and prior convictions. When she gets out of prison she tries to improve her life by working in a café but it's hard. She lives with an ex-thug, a call girl and a construction worker. Lee Jee Hoon plays Kim Chang Min, an aspiring social worker. He moves in to the apartment and gets to know Yuna and her friends. They may be his first social work project as he helps everyone improve their lives.
