Bruce Jenner was reportedly involved in a car accident that ended in the death of a woman.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star has passed the sobriety test, but the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department will reportedly get a search warrant to determine if Bruce Jenner was texting at the time of the accident, according to TMZ.

Authorities reportedly stated that Jenner was driving an SUV on Saturday that rear-ended a Lexus sedan that had struck the back of a Toyota Prius, according to the Star Tribune. The Lexus reportedly veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a black Hummer.

The woman who was killed was reportedly driving the Lexus.

It’s reportedly illegal to text while driving in California and if Bruce Jenner was texting at the time of the accident, authorities could reportedly charge him with vehicular manslaughter. The photos that were taken showing the former Olympian in the car before the accident reportedly do not reveal if he’s actually holding anything.

Even if Jenner’s phone is searched, L.A. County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Phillip Brooks reportedly stated that it would be difficult to determine if a driver was texting at the exact time of collision.

“The problem is pinpointing the time of the accident. If the accident occurred at 12:05 and 30 seconds, or 12:05 and 40 seconds, if you hung up before that, that’s useless information,” explained Brooks.

Law enforcement sources reportedly stated that they’re positive that the reality television star was trying to avoid the accident as the tires on his vehicle reportedly produced skid marks.

Jenner reportedly said in a statement on Sunday that he will cooperate with the investigation the best way that he can.

“My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them” stated Jenner.
