“Love And Hip Hop” star Erica Mena had made it clear that she would be leaving the VH1 series after season 5 comes to an end.
For those who have become fans of Erica Mena, you’ll be happy to know that you have’t seen the last of the model-turned-singer.
Although Mena had reportedly left “Love And Hip Hop” for her fiance, Shad “Bow Wow” Moss, the reality television briefly hinted that she’ll be retuning to the small screen. Whether it’s a spin-off of “Love And Hip Hop” or a new reality show in general is unclear.
“You know what, I think America definitely loves Erica enough so that is definitely possible,” Mena stated during a morning interview with New York’s WPIX.
As people wait for Mena’s return to reality television, the “Love And Hip Hop” alum has reportedly already booked a spot on a new television show called “Ether Weekly,” according to Wetpaint. The show reportedly focuses on music and hip hop culture.
Mena had made headlines for her very public breakup from her “Love And Hip Hop” co-star Cyn Santana. She reportedly began her relationship with Bow Wow just months after her relationship with her cast mate ended, according to Fashion N Style.
“When that whole ‘106 & Park’ kiss happened we were both seeing other people and that kiss put us in the doghouse. So we were kind of confiding in each other,” explained Erica.
She added, “I realize that he is a man who really knows me and I’ve never had someone to fully accept me for who I am, flaws and all. I think it just happened naturally with us. We were at that point of really wanting to settle down, but the people that we were with at the time just weren’t fitting us. So it just happened and I discovered that this was the person that I was really supposed to be with.”
Despite rumors that she had hooked up with Bow Wow before her breakup with Cyn, Erica Mena made sure to shut down the rumors.
“Cyn and I have been broken up for a while, I just hadn’t publicly come out about it because I’m on reality television,” Mena confessed.
