RHONJ’s Jim Marchese Wants Teresa Giudice Fired: ‘Glorifying A Felon’s Life Is Counterproductive,’ Says Amber’s Husband

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jim Marchese reportedly wants his former co-star Teresa Giudice to no longer be a part of the show.

Amber Marchese’s husband reportedly told Confidenti@l that Bravo has a “moral responsibility” to officially fire the mother-of-four after she is released from her 15-month prison sentence.

“I don’t think she should be on the show any longer,” Marchese told the NY Daily News.

He continued, “I think glorifying a felon’s life is counterproductive, and I don’t think it’s appropriate.”

If Teresa Giudice is dropped from the show, there is speculation that the ratings for RHONJ will drop as well, as the cookbook author was undeniably one of the stars of the show.

“By the same argument, I think we could have [imprisoned Ponzi schemer] Bernie Madoff on the show,” stated the RHONJ cast member.

He added, “He has good name recognition also, and he’s done things and I’m sure there would be some curiosity. But [the show] is about families and dynamics. It isn’t about seeing how individuals can work our system, rip off the American people, not pay taxes and then live a lifestyle that pretty much no one I know has.”

Despite the fact that she doesn’t have the support of her RHONJ co-star, Teresa Giudice still reportedly has the love of her husband, Joe Giudice. Although “there is hope” for the couple, the two must reportedly “work to keep the love alive,” stated a former inmate Beatrice Condianni, according to Radar Online.

“They cannot hug each other and they cannot hold each other. Teresa and Joe can keep the spark by phone calls, writing love letters and, of course, visits. During the visits, they are allowed one kiss coming in and one kiss leaving, but it must be brief kiss. If they can get the tongue in, fine, but they will be told by the correctional officers, ‘That’s it!,’” explained Codianni, according to The Inquisitr.

Teresa Giudice will reportedly be released from prison sometime in early 2016.
