Actor Ahn Jae Wook has recovered enough to finally leave the hospital.
The actor's agency Jable Entertainment, revealed on February 26th, that the actor's tests came out good, therefore he can leave the hospital.
On February 4th, the actor underwent surgery for sub arachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding between the brain and the thin tissues that cover the brain), after he started to feel strong headaches. The actor was in Las Vegas for work reasons, and he was treated immediately in a large hospital.
His agency said, “It was a big and risky operation, but safety done. After about a month in the hospital, he will be able to leave, after test came out with positive results of recovery.”
They added, “his current medical team, as well as the Korean medical team, agreed that the actor won't leave for Korea for the moment. They have to see his progress in the next 10 days, to determine if he is able to board a plane.”
They finished, “He will use this time to rest and recover more. The most important stage is after leaving the hospital, so he will take care of his health.”
Ahn Jae Wook thanked his fans for worrying about him.
