Park Shin Hye recently filmed her guest appearance on the variety show "Three Meals A Day -Jeongseon Country Edition." And after having filmed one episode with her, 2PM's Ok Taecyeon wants her to become a regular guest.
In a segment where he was asked to step into a heart-shaped field if he liked the episode's guest, he stepped in and gave her a flower.
"I've never wished for a guest to become a regular on the show before," said the singer-actor, who last appeared in the dramas "Wonderful Days" and "Who Are You?"
And he doesn't want the "Pinocchio" star to become a regular just because she is pretty and charming.
"She's good at cooking, she has a great personality and she's younger than me," said Taecyeon.
His fellow cast member actor Lee Seo Jin teased him about the way he acted around Park Shin Hye, saying he was trying to impress her by showing off.
"You try too hard whenever we have a female guest," said Lee Seo Jin.
The teasing about his attempts to act manly around her made Taecyeon shy.
Obviously there is some chemistry between the actors. When photos were released of the two actors working together, they prompted headlines such as "Is Taecyeon In Love With Park Shin Hye?"
It might be a little early to know for sure but they do look good together. And the possibility that it might be true could boost the ratings.
The program's May 15 pilot episode recorded 7.89 percent in the ratings, making it the top cable program for the day. Ratings for the second season pilot beat the ratings for the first season pilot, which had only 4.29 percent. Those ratings are expected to climb for the May 22 episode that Park Shin Hye appears in.
Besides Taecyon and Lee Seo Jin, the cast also features Kim Kwang Gyu. The cast grows their own food and makes meals in the Gangwondo area.
"Three Meals A Day" also had a spin-off show "Three Meals A Day - Fishing Village," which achieved a 9.68 percent rating. That show involved cast members living in a fishing village and having to make three meals a day with what they caught. "Three Meals A Day - Fishing Village" starred Cha Seung Won, Yu Hae Jin, Ho Jung Sun and very briefly featured Jang Geun Suk.
