SBS' “That Winter, The Wind Blows” is still the talk of the town, and even though it recorded less than last week, the drama is no march for their opponents.

On March 20th, “That Winter, The Wind Blows” recorded 13.3% of ratings, which is a significant 1.6% less than last week's ratings of 14.9%.

On this night, after Oh Soo (Jo In Sung) Kissed Oh Young (Sing Hye Kyo) while he thought she was asleep, Oh Young starts to act weird around him, after Oh Soo asks what is going on, she tells him that she knew he kissed her and that she is scared of her romantic feelings towards him, since she thinks he is her real brother. Also Oh Soo confronts Secretary Wang about intentionally not treating Oh Young's eyes, therefore making her blind. Secretary Wang then tells Oh Soo that she is hurting Oh Young more for making her believe he is her real brother and Oh Young hears this conversation.

MBC's “Level 7 Civil Servant” was able to snatch back the second place that KBS' “IRIS 2” had taken last week. The MBC drama scored 9.8% which is 1.3% more than last week.

On this night, Han Gil Ro (Joo Won) and Kim Seo Won (Choi Kang Hee) started living together. Han Gil Ro finally made up with his dad. After their team is disbanded, the NIS agents get secretly together to from another plan to finally catch JJ.

“IRIS 2” was not able to retain the second place, the drama hardly took last week, and fall behind to become the third drama. However, it is closely tailing “Level 7 Civil Servant.” The KBS drama recorded a 9.5%, which is 0.5% less than last week.

On this night, Baek San (Kim Young Chul) find out Jung Yoo Gun (Jang Hyuk) is his biological son. IRIS had requested they would trade Jung Yoo Gun for Baek San and NSS accepted. Ji Soo Yeon (Lee Da Hae) discovers their real identities and tells Baek San, so the trading could end successfully. Also Yeon Hwa (Im Soo Hyang) realized she was being used by IRIS, and betrays the organization by trying to kill Ray (David McInnis).

As it is, “Level 7 Civil Servant” and “IRIS 2” are again at that intense battle to gain second place. As seen in the previous weeks, any of the two can get the second place, since the first is well secured. Only time will tell which drama will be the owner of the desired second place.
