"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kourtney Kardashian reportedly wants full custody of the kids after her split with Scott Disick, and she wants no more of her ex this time.

A source told Hollywood Life that despite their on-and-off relationship, this split is the final straw for Kourtney Kardashian and she's seeking custody.

"Kourtney is saying this is it, that she's done with him forever and she's ready to play hardball. The talk is that she'll go for full custody, and why wouldn't she, Scott's not even capable of caring for himself let alone three kids," the source said.

Scott Disick reportedly has not gone home for more than a month now. And he also didn't show up for the birthday of his daughter Penelope, the report claimed.

"Scott is still on a bender and he isn't showing any signs of slowing down," the source added. "The fact that he blew off his daughter's birthday and has completely cut off Kourtney is really concerning. He hasn't spoken to Kourtney in days."

Daily Mail previously published photos of Scott Disick and fashionista Chloe Bartoli, said to be his ex, in Monte Carlo getting cozy with each other. In one of the photos, the fashion stylist can be seen feeding her ex beau.

"The stylist appeared to be quite smitten with the reality star and was even seen lounging on the same pool chair as him," the report said.

Another source told Hollywood Life that Kourtney Kardashian was so ashamed with the photos about Scott Disick getting cozy with Chloe Bartoli, and that could be the reason why this split is for good and why she's seeking custody.

"Kourtney has threatened to end it with Scott so many times, but this time is different," the source said. "Her family believes it's really over, and that she won't go back. The level of humiliation is just too much - he's just gone too far."
