In the drama, "When A Man Loves," Shin Se Kyung, who plays Seo Mi Do, has to choose between the man who saved her life and the man she is in love with. The man who saved her life, Han Tae Sang, played by Song Seung Hun, is also the man who can help her poor struggling family get ahead in the world. The man she was happiest with and wants is Lee Jae Hee, played by Yeon Woo Jin.

Seo Mi Do is ambitious and determined to get ahead but since the heart wants what it wants, she wavers between the two men. But the actress who plays Seo Mi Do does not find the decision so difficult. At a recent press conference for the MBC drama, Shin Se Kyung stated her choice. She would not let ambition rule her heart.

'In the drama, I am romancing Song Seung Hun and Yeon Woo Jin," said Shin. "Song is childish in the drama so he makes me laugh a lot. Woo Jin makes my heart thud."

The actress admitted that she was nervous on the drama set, even when the cameras were not on. But she did not say whether it had anything to do with her thudding heart.

When asked which character she would choose to love, she said it would be Yeon Woo Jin.

"However, Seo Mi Do has been through so much that she does things some might not understand.," said Shin. "Viewers may take her to task for what she does sometimes but her actions are in character."

However, the actress has previously stated that she really enjoys working with Song Seung Hun and that he has been very helpful. When recently asked about the 14-year age difference between them, she said she does not notice it,

"Because Song Seung Hun looks so young, I don't really feel the age difference," said Shin. "Also, despite my initial worries, he is very friendly and approachable."

When asked why he might be so nice to her, she said, "Perhaps he is being extra nice to make me feel comfortable."

The interviewers also asked Song Seung Hun about the age gap and he admitted that she was the youngest actress he ever worked with.

"But to me, it thankfully doesn't seem like a big deal," he said.

The drama currently ranks first in the Wednesday-Thursday time slot.
