Peek Zoom is the new 3D Touch feature in iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. Most users introduced to the brand new iPhone were not able to find the feature in Accessibility section in the settings app. However, they were able to find zoom on/off, sensitivity adjustment and testing features. The Peek Zoom or 3D Touch feature is disabled by default in the newly launched iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, reported 9to5mac.com.
In order to activate the tool, users need to go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom and turn on the Zoom feature by double tapping three fingers to activate or deactivate the function. Turn on Show Controller and press hard on Zoom Controller which will zoom in the entire screen and when the same zooms out again release the pressure. A setting called Zoom Region can restrict the zoomed-in area to a small, movable window as required by the user, revealed 9to5mac.com. This feature comes as a blessing in disguise for those with reduced vision.
