Lee Jong Suk's acting resume is getting longer. Besides his role as Park Soo Ha in the hit drama "I Hear Your Voice," he is currently working on two films, "No Breathing" and "Boiling Youth."

An even more useful ability than the mind-reading skill his character had in "I Hear Your Voice," might be the ability to be in two places at the same time.

He is in training for his role as a competitive swimmer in "Not Breathing." He plays Woo Sang, a national swimmer who is eager to win the number one spot. He becomes a rival with his friend Won Il, played by Seo In Guk, a swimming prodigy. They compete for the title and for the girl, Jung Eun, played by Kwon Yuri.

And filming has already begun for his other film, "Boiling Youth."

In "Boiling Youth," he plays Joong Gil, a charming high school heartthrob. That film takes place in the 1980s in a seaside village. Co-star Park Bo Young, who appeared in "A Werewolf Boy," will play Yeong Sook, a girl gang member. Kim Young Kwang plays a high school rebel named Kwang Sik and Lee Se Young plays a transfer student named So Hee.

Lee Yeon Woo, director of the sleeper hit "Running Turtle," will direct the film, which is due to hit theaters early next year.

Another film that Lee Jong Suk is in will also be released soon. In "The Face Reader" he plays the son of the most skillful face reader in the Joseon Dynasty. A face reader can assess a person's mental state and personality by looking at his or her face.

Lee Jong Suk always wanted to be an actor but it wasn't until his role in "School 2013" that he felt his goal was realistic.

"Before that I was nervous every time I acted," he said of his role in "School 2013." "After that it became truly enjoyable. I never thought that being an actor could be this much fun."

When he was asked a few years ago what kind of actor he wanted to be, Lee Jong Suk said that he wanted to be irreplaceable.

"I can't say that yet," said Lee Jong Suk. "I want to be an actor who can't be replaced, an actor who's good at acting, an actor with a distinctive image."

With his hit drama and roles in upcoming films, he has come much closer to that goal.
