Justin Beiber is mourning the loss of Thomas Ayad, a Universal Music Group executive who was killed in Friday night's terrorist attacks in Paris.

Ayad was present in the Le Bataclan theater for the Eagles of Death Metal show when multiple gunmen opened fire on the live audience. The 34-year-old served as an international producer manager for Mercury Records.

Bieber, 21, paid emotional tribute to Ayad with a special dedication on Twitter on Monday, reported MTV.

"Still thinking about Paris and my friend Thomas that we lost in the tragedy. He was a part of the team for years and I wish I would've had more time to thank him," the singer wrote reported The HollyWood Reporter.

"He was a part of the team for years and I wish I would've had more time to thank him. Make sure to appreciate people while you have them. Thanks Thomas for everything you did for me. You are appreciated and missed. Thoughts and prayers are with your family & friends," added Bieber.

Previously, Bieber paid tribute to the 129 victims of Paris attacks at Nickelodeon's 2015 Halo Awards on Saturday. While receiving the HALO Hall of Fame Award, the singer asked the crowd to join him for a brief silence to remember the lives lost.

"There's been some sad things happening in the world right now, and I think that we should all honour that and just take one moment of silence for that, if you guys could," he said.

Pop star Madonna also took a moment during a concert in Stockholm, Sweden, to acknowledge the Friday Paris attacks and called out the crowd to join her in a moment of silence to remember the victims.

U2 along with Deftones, Foo Fighters, Motorhead and Coldplay, also cancelled their concerts and shows in wake of the terrorist attacks.
