Giada de Laurentiis has been linked to Bobby Flay when he was still married to Stephanie March, and the Food Network star was blamed for the divorce.
Now a rumor has alleged that Giada de Laurentiis has never dated Bobby Flay, but is hooking up with another married man.
PageSix reported that TV producer Shane Farley's divorce with wife Jennifer Giamo was not finalized, so he's technically still a married man.
"They just left off he's technically still married. When he first met Giada, he was still very much married," the source claimed.
According to E! News, Giada de Laurentiis' boyfriend Shane Farley was the executive producer of the defunct talk show that she and Bobby Flay hosted in 2012.
"Shane is great," the insider told the site. "He's a really upbeat, smart guy. He's super-creative. And because he deals with talent, he's really good at talking to people."
The source also described Giada de Laurentiis' boyfriend as a "guy's guy" and the life of the party, adding that the FabLife producer is "very charming, but not in a questionable way. He's sincere."
PageSix has secured documents from the New York Supreme Court where it showed that Shane Farley filed for divorce on March 30 from his wife of 15 years.
Jennifer Giamo's counsel, Barry Guaglardi, told the tabloid that Shane Farley's wife "is devastated by what she has learned through the tabloids . . . 'Hurtful' would be a mild characterization."
However, the rep for Giada de Laurentiis has told PageSix that she only started dating boyfriend Shane Farley "this past August." The rep added that the rumors alleging they were cheating with their respective spouses were "outright false."
Clearly, Giada de Laurentiis was referring to Shane Farley when she dished during The Wendy Williams Show that she currently has a boyfriend. People were quick to assume that the Food Network star was referring to Bobby Flay.
