"Oh My Venus" marks her K-Drama return following the 2012 MBC period horror-romance, "Arirang and the Magistrate."

Shin began her modeling career in 1998, before appearing in music videos for the legendary Korean pop group, g.o.d. While she is previously known for her girl-next-door appeal with roles like Yoo Chae Yi in the martial arts film, "Volcano High," Shin continues to adopt a more mature image.
