Kit Harington is finally confirmed to be alive in "Game of Thrones" season 6, and now spoilers reveal the method with which Jon Snow will be resurrected.
"While Carice van Houten (Melisandre) apparently had little filming time this year, according to L7R, it was apparently 'wrapped up in secrecy', lending weight to the fan theory that The Red Woman will be instrumental in bringing Jon back through magic (she previously declared herself a fan of his talents)," said The Independent.
In the scene, Jon Snow's direwolf, Ghost, was also present, the article said.
"The glorified ball-on-a-stick that is used as a stand-in for Ghost (he's added using CGI in post), has apparently been used a lot more than in previous years, pointing to the dire wolf having a substantially bigger role this season," it said.
HBO has released the poster which confirmed that Jon Snow is indeed alive in "Game of Thrones" season 6.
Kit Harrington's return as Jon Snow will lend credence to the theory that he would be instrumental in the fight against the White Walkers as Azor Ahai, The Prince That Was Promised and The Stallion That Mounts The World.
The poster also seems to bolster the various rumors and spoilers for "Game of Thrones" season 6 regarding Jon Snow, which makes Kit Harrington's return the worst kept secret in TV history.
"Melisandre is in search of a new messiah to champion, and she's been eyeballing Jon Snow all season," said Vanity Fair. "Do we know that Melisandre can bring people back from the dead? Not specifically, no. But we do know that people who follow the Lord of Light, a.k.a. R'hllor, can."
Watch out for more "Game of Thrones" season 6 spoilers which will be revealed here when they come along. The HBO hit series is scheduled to premiere in April 2016.
