It is best to have a holiday shopping plan when buying on Black Friday weekend online and in-store for a smooth shopping spree and in order to avoid over spending. Cyber Monday deals are as great as Black Friday's, being part of the year's biggest and long shopping weekend.

About 32 million had started to shop in the summer. However, there are still more than 183 million Americans who plan to shop, either online or on foot, from Black Friday through Cyber Monday, said the new National Retail Federation data. Retailers are likewise ready for the craze.

"Even if a lot of holiday shopping has already started, retailers would be crazy not to leave a few tricks up their sleeves for the biggest shopping weekend of the year," said the National Retail Federation spokesperson, Kathy Grannis Allen.

NBC News spoke with Offers.com CEO and Founder Howard Schaffer and Brad's Deals CEO and Founder Brad Wilson about the ideal holiday shopping plan.

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is the hottest these days and so are the "Star Wars"-related wearables, such as from Fitbit. Schaffer said video games, apparels and toys related to the upcoming movie are worth fighting for.

Light sabers priced $4.99 are found on Shopko, "Star Wars Battlefront" video game costs $59.99 or $69.99 for the deluxe edition at GameStop, and action figures at Wal-Mart are tagged $9.

There are great deals for wearables these days as well, and they will have lower prices, said Schaffer. For instance, Fitbit Charge is now $89.99, instead of $129.9 at Kohl's, Best Buy and Target.

Wilson said, Black Friday 2015 is the year of the 4K TV sets. His favorite is the 55-inch LG 4K UHD TV at Wal-Mart, tagged $698.

Holiday shopping 2015 plan should include quality as well. When buying "door-buster," do not buy off brand items, but with name brands, Schaffer suggested. Remember that creating a list and a budget are still the best allies with the Black Friday weekend plan.

When shopping online, Wilson said one can do it for anything, and use the Internet to compare prices, find coupon codes and free shipping. Cyber Monday likewise has the best brand-wide, category-wide and store-wide.

According to Michigan Live, Black Friday Kohl's top deals include HP Laptop for $249.99, $159.99 priced Haier HD LED 32-inch TV and ES Toshiba sound bar with wireless sub 300W for $119.99.
