Theo James and Shailene Woodley have been rumored to be romancing on the set of the "Divergent" franchise, although the British actor is in a relationship with girlfriend Ruth Kearney with whom he may spend Christmas this year.

In fact, Shailene Woodley-who is said to be dating Nahko Bear-was pointed as the reason why Theo James and Ruth Kearney have allegedly broken up multiple times, if the tabloids and webloids are to be believed.

Amid the rumors, however, the two struck a deep friendship while working on the franchise and Theo James has told Interview magazine that he wants to work with Shailene Woodley once again after "Allegiant."

Meanwhile, Theo James is looking forward to spending Christmas with girlfriend Ruth Kearney and his family.

In an interview with Us Weekly as part of the promo being the face of Hugo Boss, the "Allegiant" actor was asked where he will spend Christmas.

"Probably in England with family. We have a big family, so we're all there with everyone's kids. It's a fun time, a relaxing time - it's very much an old-school Christmas," he said. [my family and I] do keep it traditional. It's all about family and friends [being together] in a familiar environment. [But] sometimes it's nice to go out for a drink or a long walk.

Theo James and girlfriend Ruth Kearney were previously rumored to have already been engaged, but there's no wedding bells yet on the horizon, and there won't be for some time, as Shailene Woodley's onscreen partner is swamped with commitments.

According to Master Herald, the wedding plans have been delayed not because of "Divergent" co-star Shailene Woodley, whom he was rumored to be romancing on the set, but because of Theo James' surging career.

Aside from "The Divergent Series: Allegiant," Theo James will also be seen in "Underworld 5" with Kate Beckinsale, "The Benefactor" with Richard Gere and Dakota Fanning, "London Fields," and the "Divergent Series: Ascendant."
