Two of the powerful Hallyu stars today, IU and Park Seo Joon, displayed their chemistry during their first script reading for upcoming film "Dream."
Megabox Plus M Drops Short Behind-the-Scenes Clip of "Dream" First Script Reading
On June 5, film distributor Megabox Plus M released a short behind-the-scenes video of the first script reading for the movie "Dream," starring idol-actress Lee Ji Eun (also known as IU), and "Itaewon Class" actor Park Seo Joon.
The activity happened and filmed on April 23, 2020, in compliance with the COVID-19 quarantine rules. Director Lee Byung Hun, the man who will be in charge of "Dream," was the first one to introduce himself and warmly greeted everyone.
Movie leads IU and Park Seo Joon were next to greet their new workmates and co-actors in the project.
After their short introduction, the cast already proceeded in reading the script. The "Fight for My Way" star started throwing his lines and bit by bit, Lee Ji Eun began conversing with him. Both actors were immersed with their respective characters and even though it was just a small gathering for a script run, IU and Park Seo Joon already showed good chemistry.
While reading, the "What's Wrong With Secretary Kim" lead actor made everyone laugh with the way he delivered his lines. His co-actors were also smart and attentive to throw their lines with the right emotions.

Park Seo Joon and IU Displayed Comical Personas During "Dream" First Script Reading
Park Seo Joon is known for his charismatic and humorous acting, as seen from his previous projects. He is one of the many great actors who had delivered his excellent acting, may it be in drama, romance, comedy, or action.
Lee Ji Eun, on the other hand, has her own charm to get viewers' attention. Apart from having a dulcet voice, IU's talent in acting has been apparent since her "Dream High" stint.
The duo's versatility is evident in their past works. And now that they will be teaming up for the first time for an exciting movie, fans can't wait to wtiness IU and Park Seo Joon's chemistry.
Forthcoming film "Dream" will depict the story of a team of athletes pursuing to be part of the famous and annual international soccer event, Homeless World Cup. The "Hwarang" actor Park Seo Joon is Yoon Hong Dae, a professional soccer player on disciplinary probation and becomes the coach of a indigent soccer team.
IU will appear as Lee So Min, a producing director who is persistent to make a documentary about Yoon Hong Dae's team.
Lee Hyun Woo, Kim Jong Soo, Ko Chang Seok, Jung Seung Gil, and more are also expected to be in the film.
Meanwhile, the cast and crew started filming last May 2020 and planned to shoot abroad, but because of the pandemic, the production was put on hold.
There are no further details yet regarding the movie release.
