On August 12, the upcoming raunchy rom-com drama series "You Raise Me Up" (also known as "You Me Up") released new main posters featuring actress Ahn Hee Yeon (better known as the idol singer Hani of EXID) and "Nokdu Flower" actor Yoon Si Yoon.
EXID's Hani and Yoon Si Yoon To Work Together For The First Time in 'You Raise Me Up'
The upcoming romantic comedy-drama series "You Raise Me Up" features EXID's Hani and seasoned actor Yoon Si Yoon, who are working together on a drama project for the first time.
Hani will be taking on the role of the quirky and kindhearted urologist, Lee Luda, who happens to meet his first love once again as her patient in a very embarrassing way.
On the other hand, Yoon Si Yoon takes on the role of Do Yong Sik, a public servant who lost his remaining self-esteem due to erectile dysfunction.
The two unexpectedly cross paths once again when Do Yong Sik (Yoon Si Yoon) visits the urology department with a heavy heart and soon realizes that his first and greatest love, Lee Luda (Hani), works there and, surprisingly, will be his doctor.
In the newly released posters, the two lead actors introduce the unconventional yet hilarious story that will surely entice the viewers and make their hearts laugh in delight.

Do Yong Sik, played by actor Yoon Si Yoon, sports a horrified expression as he realizes he meets his first love in the worst situation he's ever been in. The desire to disappear and hide is strong as he thinks, "What kind of appearance am I showing in front of my first love?"
On the other hand, Lee Luda, played by EXID's Hani, is as embarrassed as him. Her face is painted with shock as she realizes her first love is in front of him, consulting with her due to his impotence, "I met my patient today who is also my first love, and he said he had erectile dysfunction."
Despite the embarrassing first encounter, Do Yong Sik tries to stand tall physically and mentally to save his pride while Luda plans to show off her amazing skills in order to cure her first and greatest love.
Apart from the patient's treatment, the two are expected to grow more maturely and become the best version of themselves while trying to mend their long forgotten unfinished business.
The funny, hilarious, and unconventional plot receives various feedback, but mostly, fans anticipate the raunchy and disastrous rom-com drama series.
EXID's Hani and Actor Yoon Si Yoon's Previous Dramas and Works
Hani started her career as a singer in one of South Korea's biggest girl groups, EXID. She made cameo roles in various dramas "The Producers," "SF8", "The Spies Who Loved Me," and "Take Off 2".
She also appeared in the web dramas "XX" and "How To Be Thirty."
Aside from "You Raise Me Up," Hani is set to take on the main role of the upcoming idol romance comedy-drama series "IDOL: The Coup" with Kwak Si Yang, Kim Min Kyu, and Cosmic Girls' Exy.

Actor Park Ki Woong also joins in the production cast. The new rom-com drama is written by screenwriter Mo Ji Hye and directed by Kim Jang Han.
