Wavve's upcoming film "Gentleman" starring Ju Ji Hoon and Choi Sung Eun already began filming.
Action-Crime Movie Gentleman Starts its Filming Journey
After all the preparation, the cast and crew of the much-awaited movie "Gentleman" started its filming production last August 20.
In recent reports from K-media outlets, actors Ju Ji Hoon, Choi Sung Eun, and Park Sung Woong attended the script reading along with the writer and director of "Gentleman." After their successful meeting, everyone prepared themselves for the first day of shooting.
"Gentleman," tells the story of a detective Ji Hyun Soo who will be entangled in a big case, and he only has one week to find the true culprit in the crime in order to clear his name.
The director of "The Artist: Reborn," Kim Kyung Won, is also the one in charge of helming Ju Ji Hoon's forthcoming movie project.
The "Kingdom" actor shared during the interview that he is happy to work with director Kim Kyung Won as well as with rookie actress Choi Sung Eun and actor Park Sung Woong. He also added that he's looking forward to spending more time immersing to his character as Ji Hyun Soo.
His co-star "Rugal" actor Park Sung Woong will be playing the role of Kwon Do Hoon, a former prosecutor and currently runs his own law firm. He will be the great enemy of Ji Hyun Soo, and their confrontations in the film are one of the exciting plots that the viewers should look forward to.
Park Sung Woong also shared his thoughts of working on a new project with such a creative and talented team. He said, " I read and had fun reading the scripts. I think I'll be enjoying the filming soon and will do my best to deliver a good performance in the film."

Choi Sung Eun and Director Kim Kyung Won Excited to Work with Ju Ji Hoon and Park Sung Woong
The "Beyond Evil" star Choi Sung Eun also expressed that she is thrilled to be part of the amazing cast of "Gentleman" and shared that she will surely learn a lot from her seniors. Director Kim Kyung Won confessed during the script reading that it's an honor for him to work with talented actors whom he just used to watch from afar before.
"Gentleman" is a dream come true for him. Mr. Kim added that he would try to add a more interesting plot in his direction to make the movie fun to watch.
The movie is said to have four months of filming sessions before it hits the cinemas in 2022 and will also be available on the streaming platform Wavve.
