'Broker' Drops First Teaser Poster, Gives Sneak Peek of IU's Character
CJ ENM unveiled a teaser poster of the forthcoming film "Broker," the first Korean movie production by versatile director Hirokazu Koreeda. The teaser captures the conflicting moments of people inside the car.
"Parasite" actor Song Kang Ho takes the role of Sang Hyun, and Kang Dong Won is Dong Soo. They are partners who try to make a special deal by finding new parents of the baby who stays with them.
In addition, the two are genuinely smiling at each other which shows a new duo is finally born. Expectations start to increase for the two actors reunited for the first time in 12 years in this movie. Viewers look forward to their chemistry as partners in crime.
Meanwhile, IU will have a big character transformation as she is reportedly to play the role of a mother named So Young. She is also a former junior detective but had to leave her job due to a bigger responsibility.
She unexpectedly joined Sang Hyun and Dong Soo in their journey. It seems So Young is having a hard time with her situation, she stares out of the window without any emotions, which amplifies curiosity among viewers.
