Yoo Ah In, Lee Byung Hun's 'Victory' To Release as Netflix Movie
After they starred in "Seoul Vibe" and "Emergency Declaration," respectively, Yoo Ah In and Lee Byung Hun are ready to fire up the screen again as they are about to headline the film "Victory."
According to a media report on October 11, after a long discussion, the production agreed to release "Victory" as a Netflix movie and is now in the process of fixing the whole production in order to start filming again.
"Victory" follows the story of a Go master who has to compete inevitably with his student. It is originally based on the true story of Go legends Cho Hoon Hyun and Lee Chang Ho. They are the teacher and student who had no choice but to become rivals.
Director Kim Hyung Joo will helm the movie.
What We Know So Far About 'Victory' & Production
Lee Byung Hun takes the role of Cho Hoon Hyun, while Yoo Ah In is Lee Chang Ho. This is the first time that these K-drama stars will work together on a project.
After hearing the cast members lead the movie, many are already expecting a high-quality performance as the two brilliant stars are known for their high-caliber acting.
Originally, "Victory" had already completed its plan from the confirmation of actors Lee Byung Hun and Yoo Ah In's appearances to the filming session. The production already began last December 2020 until April 2021. But due to the pandemic, the production was postponed.

Since then, "Victory" has been preparing for release while working on the second half. The movie is said to be released in silver but it was difficult due to various circumstances.
When is The Release of Yoo Ah In and Lee Byung Hun's 'Victory'?
"Victory" is scheduled to be released in the last quarter of 2022 or the first quarter of 2023. Attention is now focused on the direction of Korean films that have been released during the pandemic.
This 2022, social distancing has been lifted and Korean commercial films that have not been released are being released one after another, but not all have achieved their goals.
